Every project is different and so our proposals are tailored to your needs. Small websites start at around $5000. Websites that use our packages are priced for your project, with no hidden fees. Smaller web design and consulting projects might be billed hourly, especially if we help you figure out what you want, or if there is a high likelihood of technical surprises after the project starts.
Our hourly rates are in the ranges of market rates for web designers and senior management consultants. We give discounts to non-profit organizations.
At contract signing, 50% of the package or estimate is due. If an hourly project turns out to be significantly more than the initial estimate, we may bill monthly along the way. The final 50% is due at launch.
After your website is launched, the monthly web hosting, security, and maintenance fee is $69/month.
In summer 2026, our lead time is less than 2 weeks. A website can take as little as 3 weeks to design and build.
The actual timing, however, depends upon several factors and people: client delay in providing the content; delays in emails, meetings, and feedback; exploration; design changes; and scheduling the photography and videography.
Considering these factors, we aim to finish all projects within 3 months of signing the contracts.
